Big Bags

(Also known as flexible containers, soft containers, FIBC etc)

The Big Bag is a large-sized package for storage and transportation of bulk goods. Our Big Bags conform to CEN 1898 (European Committee of Standardization) and/or EFIBCA (European Flexible Intermediate Containers Association) standards.

There is a wide variety of models carrying capacity, lifting loops, presence of PE/PP liner, filling or discharge spouts etc.

• the choosing of Big Bag model depends on the following factors:
• the packaging equipment;
• bulk weight of production;
• way of transportation;
• the trans-shipment equipment.

Sphere of application: chemical industry, food industry, building industry, metallurgy and other branches.

4-loops Big Bags

There are two different types of 4-loops Big Bags:

• Standard 4-loops Big Bag (model BEST) — the most widely spread model, made from flat polypropylene fabric (coated or not coated) with different density, which allows to get better strength characteristics in comparison with 4-loops Big Bags made from circular (sleeve) fabric;
• 4-loops Big Bags (model FORMA), made from flat coated polypropylene fabric of different density with corner polypropylene inserts which allow to keep its square shape after the Big Bag loading. This feature allows 20% economy in warehousing and transportation.

Carrying capacity: from 500 kg to 2000 kg.

Safety Factor:

• 5:1 — Single trip;
• 6:1 — Standard duty;
• 8:1 — Heavy duty.

The variants of Big Bag manufacturing:

1. with filling spout or with additional extension;
2. with or without discharge spout;
3. from coated fabric or with PE liner;
4. from special antistatic fabric;
5. with dustproof stitches.

1- and 2-loops Big Bags

1- and 2-loops Big Bags are made from circular woven fabric (sleeve) of different density.

Carrying capacity: from 500 kg to 1500 kg

Safety Factor:

• 5:1 — Single trip,
• 6:1 — Standard duty.

The variants of Big Bag manufacturing:

1. With flat bottom in star shape and/or with discharge spout;
2. With PE liner.
